ARRIVALS
First time clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete a client profile. If you are late for your appointment time, your treatment will be reduced in order to be on time for the next scheduled client. The usual fee for the treatment will remain the same.

GROUP/MULTIPLE SERVICES
Any Group bookings or multiple services will require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of services. Any cancellations less than 48 hours of appointment time will result in a no refund policy of the deposit.

GRATUITIES
In acknowledgment of excellence in service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. 15-20 % of the total service cost is customary.

PERSONAL PROPERTY
Rest and Relax Bodyworks is not responsible for your personal belongings. We recommend not bringing any items of value to the center.

GIFT CERTIFICATE/CARDS
Gift certificates and gift cards are available for spa packages, individual treatments, for any dollar amount. You must present the gift certificate/gift card prior to service. Rest and Relax Bodyworks is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates or gift cards.
